Willpower v.s Hungriness

Gary Goh is an abnormal person.

He has loss his weight from 90kg to 78kg

He has advised PiGz to do the following things :



Breakfast : Eat whatever rubbish you want, 80% full is enough, never SKIP.

Lunch : Apple Juice/Lemon Juice + bread OR a bowl of meehoon sup

Dinner : Eat lesser of RICE, eat more VEGETABLES



He pushes up for 200 times everyday

He goes to bed before 12am

After a few months, his willpower has helped him to sucess, he is FIT now

Besides that, he also developed his MUSCLE!


PiGz don't know whether his willpower is strong enough, or maybe not.

But PiGz will try his best
