The bell rungs

School ended.

I walked out from my class, on my way to the horley link, I heard someone was saying about "MBS idol".

I felt shocked, why I don't even know this ???

I went to the pejabat to look for the message board, but it has nothing there.

Maybe my ears got problem or what? I really heard this, "MBS idol"!

Fine, I decided to return then.

My body was turning back, my left hand was swinging and.......

a lower six girl who was behind walking toward to me, and I "punched?" her stomach "hardly?"

LOLSSSSSSS I apologized immediately to her, but she seemed really got hurt....

Too bad, I didn't see her face properly, or maybe I will buy a present for her next time =\

Willpower v.s Hungriness

Gary Goh is an abnormal person.

He has loss his weight from 90kg to 78kg

He has advised PiGz to do the following things :

Breakfast : Eat whatever rubbish you want, 80% full is enough, never SKIP.

Lunch : Apple Juice/Lemon Juice + bread OR a bowl of meehoon sup

Dinner : Eat lesser of RICE, eat more VEGETABLES

He pushes up for 200 times everyday

He goes to bed before 12am

After a few months, his willpower has helped him to sucess, he is FIT now

Besides that, he also developed his MUSCLE!


PiGz don't know whether his willpower is strong enough, or maybe not.

But PiGz will try his best

包括他的朋友

真的是很惊讶~!

ASTRO新秀大赛 2009 [翻身赛] - Billy & Alvin赶上十强列车

《Astro新秀大赛2009》经过了四场竞争激烈的选拔赛，20强新秀中只有8位顺利晋级半决赛。有不少唱片公司代表纷纷表示，出局的新秀中不乏有潜力的人才，无论是在歌唱、舞台表演或是主持方面。为了不想留有沧海遗珠，主办当局决定进行一场翻身赛，让在四场选拔赛中不幸被淘汰的新秀再度挑战舞台。
评审团会以唱片业和市场需求为出发点，以投票方式筛选出最优秀的两位新秀进入十强。

其中一位新秀Vivian袁蕙琪因私人理由而弃权，故只有11位新秀在这场比赛中一较高低，包括：

2. 彭楚茵
3. Ben 陈锦煌
4. Real 李俊颉
5. Alvin 钟健桦
6. Spy 沈佩霓
7. Pinky 邓彩芬
8. Cheryn 陈贞霖
9. 黄俊焰
10. Elva 蔡怡桦
11. Isaac 张富泷。

Billy黄竞辉不走摇滚路线，深情唱出《你是我最深爱的女人》，声音和形象的完美结合更获得朱志恒的赞赏，首先获得晋级机会。年纪最轻的Alvin钟健 桦也不甘示弱，带来光良的《如果你还爱我》，自然的演绎方式赢得四位评审的票数。另外两位获得评审一致肯定的新秀分别是拥有独特嗓音的Spy 沈佩霓，和演出让Gillian Ooi起鸡皮疙瘩的Elva 蔡怡桦。


PK方法依旧由新秀各别清唱30秒, 在两男两女之间，评审团最终选择了Billy黄竞辉和Alvin钟健桦，被迫舍弃Spy 沈佩霓和Elva 蔡怡桦，两位女生脸上难掩落寞神情。

换句话说，《Astro新秀大赛2009》十强将会由七男三女组成，稍有阴衰阳盛的局面。
